This is normal!Īt this point, the folder you have chosen as the output folder should fill with XCF files for each frame of the video. Note that this will show up as only 1 layer in the image window. Also make sure the output folders are set to the same folder that your video file is in. Before you do this make sure your video file is in a folder on its own. Is there a default setting that I need to change somewhere to allow Gimp to covert the video into more than one frame? If not, has anyone else encountered this problem and found a fix? I used the list you provided to see if I could find any leftover files, I did find one plugin remaining (plug_in_lqr_iter.exe) and removed it. Some of the scripts/plugins worked, but a large percentage of them didn't work at all. Needless to say this didn't work as I expected. I then place the scripts and plugins manually into my Gimp use folders. I did run this installer, but chose to have it install to a folder on my desktop. AFAIK The flashes are normal as the modules load. It does work, at least superficially, I do not know if all the functions work, just might not work on your installation.
